    What size is it, measure from the top of the seat tube to the center of the pedal spindle? Don’t trash it. It’s beautiful.

    I would turn it into a single speed. Get rid of everything what’s not needed, add a single speed freewheel and new wheels. Well, newer wheels. Chop the handlebar to turn it into a bullhorn (much more comfortable), you can keep the brake levers or replace them with new crosstop (recommended). New chain, new tape, new seat maybe. Think of the rust as a paint.
