Here is Andree M’s AMF Scorcher. I’m curious if Andree still has this beast, and if he’s watching we’d love an update!

AMF Scorcher

Hello, I want to submit my 1974 (?) AMF Roadmaster Scorcher i found on ebay . The serial number is K631739 so it should be a 1968 bike? I dont know…the front hub is stamped “wald 174”.The Huret Svelto derailleur also is a 70s version. This thing is heavy as hell…..and is a pretty exotic bike here in Kiel /germany. Andree M

    Hmm Orange is the fastest color but then AMF manufactured bowling balls how do you balance the two? Oh yeah a Scorcher!

    Perfect color, perfect name, and let’s not forget that AMF also owned Harley Davidson! No doubt this bike has a cool factor. Would love to see an update.
