Anne’s Morrison Concorde

Posted February 4, 2008

I’m proud announce our first International Ten Speed entry. Anne in New Zealand sent in this very nice Morrison Concorde. I love this bike; the gum hoods, the broken-in Brooks Airbike saddle and the white speedo all work together to form a sublimely classic ride!
Anne's Morrison Concorde

Anne Said:
This is my New Zealand built Morrison ‘Concorde’. Still fitted with the original steel rimmed 1 3/8 x 27inch wheels, standard mudguards (fenders), Dia-comp brakes and ‘Custom’ steel chainwheels. Very mild upgrade; – SunTour Vx rear and Spirit front dérailleurs: SR alloy stem and handlebars: Slotted ‘Formoso’ brake levers: ‘Airbike’ sprung leather saddle.
I mainly use my ‘Concorde’ for lazy Summer exploring around the Hauraki Plains here in New Zealand. It’s a very sweet bike to ride.

Thank for the entry Anne.
