Brian M’s entry, a early/mid 80s Steve Willis custom frame, is an OTSG First, and probably will be for quite some time.
This is one of the coolest “old ten speeds” I’ve ever had. It’s a Willis, built by the owner of the local bike shop in Scotch Plains, NJ, who is named, obviously, Willis. He used I think Columbus tubes. The bottom bracket is Cinelli and the dropouts are Campy.
The parts spec is mongrel, but old school, downtube shifters and what not. I would have used matching brakes but the fork isn’t countersunk so I needed a different front brake to fit a nut on it. Right now it runs araya rims from another bike… – Brian
