A Pletscher rack, Gum-wall tires, and Gum brake-lever hoods, Chrome-tip forks, a Brooks Saddle and Old Style Toe Clips!!! That Lemon yellow Le-Tour has it “Going-On”
Great Bike(: Touching-up the paint might be easier than you think. You will want to do some “DIY” research before attempting it though.

Ten bucks! Great find well worth the effort and expense, Dave! Definitely enough classic features to obtain a high score on the OTS-dex!
I agree, Hugh: nothing to sweat over. Moderately chipped original paint in all the expected places, touched-up or not, only adds to its appealing character.

Here’s a quick update on this bike. I installed stainless steel fenders and some panniers. Also got rid of the toe clips because they were not comfortable. http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/hs002.snc6/165290_1813927314974_1443788810_32007946_5100158_n.jpg
