Howdy I really enjoyed viewing your website. I have been doing some research on an old project bike… It is a girls’ 10 speed made by “American Rider”…it has “Falcon’ components It is a “Classic” according to the paint and stickers It looks like 1970s styling I can’t seem to find any info on the company or another example of the bikes. Got any ideas? DON

    Don C., That there buddy is a mystery to me. It must have been of some interest to the Host to post it for our viewing pleasures. If I was a gambling man–I might venture to take a guess that it was a Japanese/Taiwanese made bike for a department store line. (e.g. Montgomery Ward=Open Road , Sears=Free Spirit, etc.) Similar to the Nissan import made in Tennessee. But then again, your guess is as good as mine. What says google?
    Touring bars, mattress saddle and a seat adjustment might make a completely new bike out of that old “classic”…I’m just sayin’.
    BRQ
