Ethan’s ’70s Sekine SHT

Today’s OTS is a ’70s Sekine SHT sent to us by Ethan.

This is my Sekine SHT, made in Canada in the seventies. It is not in great shape aesthetically, as the previous owner haphazardly painted it black and wrapped the bars in hockey tape, but for twenty bucks it’s a great ride. The pedals obviously are not original, nor is the rear wheel, but everything else seems to be. Shimano 600 derailleur, brake levers, etc. for a very smooth commuter.

    Hi. New to this site. Looking for a Sekine, white, in good shape (like Ethan’s white one posted on this site) for my wife. Also looking for another Sekine..can be a little rougher (like Ethan’s black SHT posted here. How might I enquire of Ethan…or others… to purchase one of their bikes?
