As for the year of manufacture, don't know for sure, but look for the serial # (probably 10 digits on the left rear dropout). The first four digits are reported to be the month/year of manufacture. Example: Serial #0680123456 --> 0680 = June 1980 My guess is 27×1-1/4″.
