Just when you thought General Bicycle Company was the lamest name anyone could possibly come up with for a bicycle, along comes the Bicycle Corporation of America or BCA. Aside from being somewhat homely, this Parkwood is a pretty cool bike. It looks like a someone crossbred a Schwinn Airdyne with a Peugeot and then took the offspring and bred it to a Trek hybrid. I shouldn’t be so hard on this poor bike; I’m sure Hugh will work his usual magic on this ol’ girl and I’ll be eating my words.
Hello Cameron,
I stumbled across this odd little bike today and
could not resist. Not only have I never seen one of these before, I’ve never ever even heard of them. Just thought you and the OTSG gang might enjoy it.
Thanks again Hugh
