    Sorry, Jared, I sure don’t have a clue, but it should clean up pretty well. Definitely a Browning (firearms) logo. Must have been a promotional/marketing effort?
    From the photo, it looks like the lugs are plain, so it’s likely it isn’t anything special, but at least the brakes/stem(/hubs?) look like they’re alloy.
    The cottered crank & amber/red SMR’s probably dates it back to pre-’70’s. I’ve seen those bar plugs on original OTS’s from at least the late ’60’s.

    Very cool bike, I can’t wait to see it when it’s cleaned up. I’m sure it will look awesome. But then I’m partial to yellow bikes for some reason.

    The Thunderbird derailleur is also a Shimano. I think your bike might have been built by FUJI. It sure has the right style pie-plate and front derailleur and chain-ring guard. Good looking bike, it should clean-up nicely.
