Could be a UO-8, with a stem not from the original UO-8 build. Or maybe Peugeots were differently equipped for the Netherlands than they came equipped for the US.

Then again, the internet says “Super Sports” might be UO-9s or UO-10s, and now that I think about it, “Super Sport” isn’t a decal from any UO-8 I’ve seen (definitely not the one I owned for a tiny bit). 1980 sounds like the right year as the bike has the 80s-style decal set but half-chrome forks, a la 70s.
