Continuing International Week(s) -> Sub-Theme: France.   Friend to the Gallery, Julie S. of OKC, sent this 1982 Peugeot.

That stem appears to have taken the length right out of the poor seat post.

Somebody threw it out/somebody saved it and sold it to me. An 82 Peugeot UO14. Paint in rough shape..changed the wheels and seat. Tuned in the shifting and it rides just fine! Doesn’t feel like 24 lbs. Not sure about the stem (it’s stuck) but the pedals are reg 9/16ths.
