My New Years resolution? Weekend posts  and lots of ‘em! How about this baby blue beauty sent in by Lauren the Cartoon Goddess.  Lovely bike Lauren, but I’d really like to see a full shot of that Volvo!

A little bit about it: Rescued from a solitary life in someones garage for a mere $25. Former owner said she almost never rode it. It shows, it’s in excellent condition. Cleaned it up a bit. Has a “made in Taiwan” sticker on it. I use it to get around town and it’s wonderful! (Brings back memories of the 70-something american-made Schwinn Varsity I had as a kid.) Standard handlebars and comfort seat took a little getting used to.
