Panasonic Sport 500 (After)

Cameron: I am constantly amazed at how many nice bikes are out there. I got this Panasonic Sport 500 at a very reasonable price, swapped out some parts, repacked the bearings and shined up all the chrome & alloy. Nice ride.

    Scott V., Now that bike looks familiar…sorta.
    It looks to be in the almost new condition that I found mine in. I see that you took it in the same direction that I took mine, more along the lines of an upright touring setup. It’s amazing what a handlebar swap can do to a bike! Did you do anything to the bottom bracket/crank, as far as maintenance? To remove it requires a special tool that I don’t have, perhaps you know something I don’t? (little help if you do)

      I have the tool, the bike cleaned up really well. The previous owner kept in a warm garage. Not much effort with the buffer & it came out great.
