Sweet Trade: Thom’s Bianchi Limited

Today’s entry comes to us from Thom. He traded a Free Spirit mountain bike for this Bianchi Limited. Nice work Thom, I would certainly say you came out ahead on this one.

I am a teacher and during the summer I fix up and sell bikes that I find in the trash from my front porch. I had a Free Spirit 24″ mountain bike out front for sale and some guy knocked on my door and asked if I would trade him for this Bianchi Limited. I said, “sure.” Everything is original except for the mustache handle bars. I saved the original handle bars. I just went on a 30 mile ride today and the bike rides beautiful.

    your site rules! there is so much attention on the net given to the freakin megadollar surgical instruments that a lot of people ride these days, it is refreshing to see an appreciation for something different and interesting. these bikes have soul!

    Nice bike. Im currently looking for one and cant find anything! I have one now that is a tad too big at 56cm. Looking for somthing in a 53cm.
