We haven’t had a UK entry since Ken’s Elswick Hopper, and this is also the second Falcon in our collection. I like the bike David, but I’m docking you points for no pie plate and giving you bonus points for a Suntour rear derailer.:)

my daily commuter on a 25 mile round trip ever since i bought it about 3 months ago and i`ve replaced a lot of the original parts as a result,
breaking things is a particular skill of mine.
i`m getting really good at fixing things tho and i`ll try and keep my next creaky 10 speed lovely a bit more authentic, except for spoke reflectors anyway, i hate them things

In his message, pondlife pointed out proudly that, “…the seatpost has not seen daylight in years…” we do love to hear that. Pondlife also mentioned that all parts are original, but my research also indicated that this banana boat may be a 12-speed. This brings us to an important topic, Speeds. I want to make it clear right now - I have nothing against non-10-speed bikes(Some of my best friends are non-10-speed bikes!), but since the name of this site is the Old Ten Speed Gallery, I am going to do my best to keep it on topic. So, from here on, I am implementing a don’t ask don’t tell policy on your specific gear count. So please keep it ten speeds, and if it’s not a 10-speed, make sure it has something we’ll want to see. I do reserve the right to reject any entry for any reason. I will provide a text link to the violation if it is in good taste.
